  in Israel. Neve Hana is just 14 miles from Gaza. They were serving childr
 en with trauma from the south before October 7. Now they are pressed to th
 e limit serving children directly traumatized by the terrorist slaughter.&
 nbsp\; They also must replace their security fence with a wall as well as 
 increase the number of security personnel at the village. There will be ch
